Our Head Chef, Krishna Shankar, brings a wealth of experience from his time cooking throughout India, and supported by his two Indian-born sous chefs, he has developed a menu to entice and inspire you, including popular street food and specialities. Using only the finest ingredients, prepared and blended, and using traditional methods, the chefs have searched, sourced and created a whole range of delightful dishes, that will transport you to the heart of everything that is India.
Whether you prefer something light, blended with fragrant spices and swirled with cream, or whether you seek the richness and heady aroma of a full bodied dish, we have created something different to tempt, and indulge. Combined with fresh vegetables, warm breads and an enviable array of Indian accompaniments, you will be utterly spoilt for choice.
